Read the latest Tuning In!

In the Winter 2016 edition of Tuning In, we share the successes of our “integrated youth mental health” project. Learn about the impact of this project and just why radio was a great tool to help break the stigma surrounding mental illness. You will also meet one of the broadcasters with Nkhawa Njee — Yonse Bo (Depression Free, Life is Cool). Dickie “The Diktator” Shumba is a Malawian hip hop artist that connected with youth over the airwaves throughout this project.

This issue of Tuning In also highlights our work addressing climate change. Farmers are on the frontlines of climate change, feeling its impact as weather patterns change and harvests are affected. Learn more about how we are addressing farmers’ needs.

This issue also profiles Doug Ward, the chair of our board. Doug was recently appointed to the Order of Canada.
